Support
Our Support team provide technical support for all of our customers. This is a dedicated point of contact for all technical support faults. The Support team will troubleshoot and manage the resolution of any queries or faults and continue to be the single point of contact for all follow-up correspondence regarding a fault. The Support team are known as many names, such as Call Centre, Technical Support and First Line Support.
If you feel that one of your residents is not being dealt with in the correct way by our Support team, you should contact your Client Service Manager who will address this on your behalf.

We have a dedicated Client Support phone number, which will connect you to one of our more experienced members of the First Line Support team. The telephone number is: 0114 303 3240. Our Support team operate on a 24/7/ 365 basis and are always happy to help, whatever the query may be.

Staffing Levels
Our Support team staffing levels are weighted to ensure that our customers get the rapid response they expect from ASK4. During the hours of 8am to 8pm we are staffed to the highest levels, with the number of staff decreasing in the late evenings and early mornings. We continually review these levels to ensure we are staffed adequately at all times.
