A Managed service

A fully managed broadband and WiFi service from ASK4 within multi-tenant buildings means that there is no waiting time for your residents to connect. All residents need to do to get online is attach their PC to the Cat5 network point in their room with an Ethernet cable, or connect via our wireless network. The ASK4 signup page appears will then appear when the resident opens any Internet browser. It then takes just a few minutes for a resident to create their own ASK4 account.

We try to do as much as possible to take the burden of dealing with Internet connections away from accommodation staff, through simple connection procedures, easy account management and by providing access to our own dedicated Support team for site staff, as well as 24/7/365 multi-lingual technical support for customers.


National Network

ASK4 has a dedicated fibre optic network covering the UK. We have spent over a decade building this network, stretching the whole of the United Kingdom, from Aberdeen to Exeter.

The network is connected at three main points; Sheffield, Manchester and London. These are the core network points are interconnected, so if anything were to happen to one of those points, the network still continues to function. As ASK4 continues to grow, our network reach is spreading across Europe, to provide the same quality connection to our European customers.
