My Account

My Account is a self-management portal that enables the student users to manage their account in a variety of ways:

• Add additional devices to their account
• Purchase upgrades and add-ons
• Monitor support tickets
• View and edit their account information
• View and download their payment history

To access My Account, students can visit myaccount.ask4.com and log in using the username and password they created when they first connected to the ASK4 service. When they log in, they will be presented with the following page, which will enable them to access the various My Account features.
