What is 4Connect?

4Connect is an add-on service that enables a resident to register and connect an unlimited number of devices (e.g. iPads, games consoles, laptops). 4Connect can be purchased either during the Signup process or from myaccount.ask4.com. Once 4Connect has been purchased, additional devices can be registered via myaccount.ask4.com. This is explained further on the My Account page.

What is 4Network?

4Network is an add-on service that enables a resident's devices to communicate with one another over the ASK4 Ethernet or wireless networks within the accommodation. You can learn more about 4Network here.

4Network is typically available to residents as part of 4Connect-Plus. However, there are some instances where 4Network is an inclusive add-on. In this case the resident does not have to pay for the service as it has been included in their rent / other accommodation fees. If 4Network is an inclusive service, the resident will need to visit myaccount.ask4.com to enable its functionality. 

What is 4Connect-Plus?

4Connect-Plus combines the functionality of 4Network, along with the unlimited devices that come with 4Connect. When a resident purchases 4Connect-Plus, the 4Network functionality will be enabled on each of their registered devices by default. To disable 4Network functionality, residents can visit myaccount.ask4.com.
