Requesting a New Product

For any variations, new service or a new product request, please raise this with your Client Service Manager. If your request is for a standard product, your Client Service Manager will process this via our internal Provisioning department to implement a solution.

If your request is classed as a non-standard product, we will work with our Pre-Sales team to determine whether or not a solution can be designed and provided. A response will come back to you directly from your Client Service Manager, stating the outcome of conversations with our Pre-Sales team and providing it is something we can offer, how the request will be delivered and whether or not there will be any associated costs.

The following are examples of new product requests and variations to existing ones:

  • Change to Base Internet Speed or inclusive service
  • Inclusive add-ons or promotional packages
  • Voice services

Please contact your Client Service Manager should you wish to enquire about any of the above. They will be able to confirm the feasibility and pricing, as well as provide an estimated lead time for the new service going live (if applicable).
 

Non-Standard Products

If you wish to request a product that ASK4 do not supply as standard, please speak with your Client Service Manager.

This includes, but is not limited to, products such as: an online room inventory system, maintenance/repair forms and setting up a wireless printing solution. We will be more than happy to look into any products that may be required. If the request transpires into something we can offer, it will be treated as a project and as such, timescales may need to be extended where required.
