What is 4Voice?

4Voice is a phone system that enables users to make free calls from their 4Voice handset to both other 4Voice handsets and our Support team, as well as make calls to national or international landlines and mobile phones at competitive rates.

The 4Voice handsets can be deployed to bedrooms, corridors/flats or the reception/office area, depending on the requirement. These can be purchased on an individual handset basis, by the student, or by yourselves for a larger-scale 4Voice solution.

If a resident wishes to purchase a handset themselves, they will need to contact our Support team. However should you wish to implement a larger-scale 4Voice solution, please speak with your Client Service Manager.

In order to make chargeable calls, the student must top-up their phone on the Support Portal.
