I've been with the ASK4 family since 2014 and during that time I've had the privilege to work with our clients across multiple sectors within our Account Management team. Having a customer centric mindset and always striving to deliver top tier service and experience for our clients, I decided to join our Client Service Management team.
I'm delighted to be supporting a number of our key customers across the UK, bringing together my 20+ years of sales and support experience within telecommunications to our customers.
My goal is to ensure the services our clients rely on us to provide and help run their business continue to perform at their best. By providing a customer focused range of service management activities, I am able to ensure our clients continue to receive support that goes beyond their expectations. I am fortunate to have strong internal stakeholder relationships which help ensure our clients issues are resolved quickly, their needs are met and expectations exceeded. I enjoy building personal relationships with my clients to develop trust and a strong partnership with them and ASK4.
