My main role is to provide our clients and their customers with an outstanding level of service, ensuring that any escalated issues are resolved satisfactorily. I also provide support to the wider CSM team in numerous client service related tasks on a daily basis. 

Beginning at ASK4 as a First Line Support Engineer gave me great insights into technical side of the business, alongside learning how to quickly and satisfactorily resolve customers issues. Whether supporting customer or working with clients, I always look to ensure that the highest standards are maintained.
