I look after our Northern European clients to support them with any queries and problems they face. Through my Business and Supply Chain Management degree I developed the necessary skills to provide our clients with the best possible customer experience.
In the past I have worked in various European countries such as in France, Germany and UK, across operational management and customer service roles. These experiences enabled me to quickly understand the technical part of the business to meet the needs for our European and UK clients.
