I started my career in hospitality, specifically in hotels, planning a wide range of events from conferences to weddings. It was in this sector that I gained experience in understanding my clients’ requirements, scoping their needs and focusing on ensuring a quality service delivery from start to finish.
Since then, I have worked in a diverse range of industries including agriculture, healthcare and environmental services both here in the UK, Australia and New Zealand.
I have over 10 years’ experience working at ASK4 and in the Student Housing sector, initially as part of ASK4’s Project Management Office Team delivering new build and upgrade projects, then moving into the Business Development Team as a Strategic Account Director.
My current role as Client Service Delivery Director leverages the experience I have gained at ASK4 over the years and brings my focus back to its roots - looking after ASK4’s clients. I work alongside the Client Service Management Team and across the business to ensure client satisfaction.
