My main role is to provide our clients and their customers with great quality and professional service, ensuring high level of client satisfaction. My previous experience as a business centre manager has enabled me to understand our clients' needs and requirements in depth. The 10+ years’ experience in customer service has given me invaluable skills such as problem-solving, adaptability and teamwork.
To our clients' advantage, my Dutch nationality and fluency in English and Spanish has given me a solid base to communicate successfully with large interdepartmental teams.
